Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, unopened products for a full refund. The seal needs to be intact — for hygiene reasons we can't take back opened cosmetics unless they're faulty.

Three steps, no phone queue:

1. Email hello@capritan.com with your order number and what you're sending back.
2. We reply within 1 working day with the returns address and a reference to pop in the parcel.
3. Post it back (we recommend tracked postage — returns postage is on you unless the item is faulty).

Once your return lands, we check it and refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Bank transfers (Pay by Bank) can take a day or two extra to show, depending on your bank.

If something arrives faulty, damaged or just not what you ordered, that's on us — email hello@capritan.com with a photo and we'll replace or refund, including any postage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
